• Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is kept in its original and complete packaging
• In case of a defective item or one that does not match the order – a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent, according to the customer’s choice
• Custom-made jewelry (such as custom sizes, engravings, or unique designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a significant manufacturing defect
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment – cancellation must be made in writing (via email or an official WhatsApp message)
• A refund will only be issued after the item is received and inspected by the iDO Piece team, to confirm it has not been used or damaged
