By using this website and purchasing through it, you agree to the following terms:
• This website operates as an online store for handmade unisex jewelry
• All pieces are handmade and may vary slightly from one to another
• Limited stock – items may run out after an order is placed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued
• The site reserves the right to update prices, terms, delivery times, and promotions at any time without prior notice
• Purchases are permitted for users aged 18 and above. Completing a purchase confirms that you are of legal age
• Payments are processed via a secure system (PayPal or other methods upon prior arrangement)
• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated
• Order preparation time: up to 7 business days
• Estimated delivery time within Israel: up to 14 business days after preparation
• Estimated delivery time for international orders: up to 30 business days after preparation
• Shipping via home delivery or pickup point of your choice
• Jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt, if unused and in original packaging
• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
• Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued only after the item is received and inspected
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment by written notice (email)
• One-year warranty for manufacturing defects (clasps, connections, etc.)
• The warranty does not cover natural wear, silver tarnishing, damage from use, or external impact
• No warranty for items altered or repaired by third parties
