In every process, we start with a short conversation,
move on to choosing the materials and gemstones,
and guide you step by step until we create the perfect piece for you.

– Select gemstones and materials
– Receive a detailed price quote
– Begin production (with a 50% upfront payment)
– Receive updates with photos throughout the process
– Pay the remaining balance upon receiving the final piece

There is room for change. Every customer receives free rounds of corrections until they feel it is accurate and right to continue production.
Almost always. It's just important to let them know in advance, and I'll do everything I can to meet the deadlines. And if I'm not sure I'll make it – I'll say it honestly from the beginning.
It depends on what stage of the process you are in. If we haven’t yet purchased materials or created the base – the change is easy. If so, the update will only be made based on what has already been done in practice.
Of course. Every piece of jewelry comes with a two-year warranty. You can always contact me - even after purchase.
