• Full one-year warranty for manufacturing defects – including clasps, connectors, beads, or elements that detached not due to natural wear

• The warranty does not cover regular use damage, tarnishing of silver, natural wear and tear, external damage, or careless use

• The warranty is void for jewelry that has been repaired or altered by anyone other than iDO Piece

• Custom-made jewelry (such as custom sizes, engravings, or unique designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a significant manufacturing defect
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment – cancellation must be made in writing (via email or an official WhatsApp message)
• A refund will only be issued after the item is received and inspected by the iDO Piece team, to confirm it has not been used or damaged
