• Custom-made jewelry (such as custom sizes, engravings, or unique designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a significant manufacturing defect
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment – cancellation must be made in writing (via email or an official WhatsApp message)
• A refund will only be issued after the item is received and inspected by the iDO Piece team, to confirm it has not been used or damaged

Yes, you can return a piece of jewelry up to 14 days from the moment it arrives - as long as the piece is returned to us in its new, unused condition. *Returns/exchanges are not available on personalized pieces.

We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually arrives within two weeks. If necessary, expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee.

Payment on the site is made via PayPal only. You can also contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram and pay via Bit or Paybox.

When ordering, you can select a length (in cm) in the size box. Some models have a preset size that is indicated on the product page. In addition, we have created a size selection guide - available in the website menu.

Each piece of jewelry has a limited supply, and in most cases it is a one-off creation. Even if a similar model is re-produced, it will never be exactly the same.
