• The warranty does not cover regular use damage, tarnishing of silver, natural wear and tear, external damage, or careless use

• The warranty is void for jewelry that has been repaired or altered by anyone other than iDO Piece

• In case of an issue – we’ll be happy to review and assist. Contact us and we’ll evaluate each case individually.

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–7 business days
• Estimated delivery time within Israel: up to 14 business days from the shipping date
• Estimated delivery time for international orders: up to 30 business days from the shipping date

• Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is kept in its original and complete packaging

• Custom-made jewelry (such as custom sizes, engravings, or unique designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a significant manufacturing defect
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment – cancellation must be made in writing (via email or an official WhatsApp message)
• A refund will only be issued after the item is received and inspected by the iDO Piece team, to confirm it has not been used or damaged

Yes, you can return jewelry up to 14 days from the moment it arrives - as long as the item is returned to us in its new condition and if it is not custom-made.

We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually arrives within two weeks. If necessary, expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee.

Payment on the site is made via PayPal only. You can also contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram and pay via Bit or Paybox.
