The Story of iDO Piece

Ido Schleifer, a 21-year-old from Israel, founded iDO Piece out of a deep love for art, nature, and human connection.

His journey began in Central America, where he traveled for four months. As his money started running out, he realized his trip was coming to an end—but he wasn’t ready to go home.

One day, in a small town, he met a local artist selling handmade jewelry on the street. Intrigued, Ido asked to learn. The artist agreed but gave him a challenge—to sell his first bracelet on his own, in Spanish. Even though he knew only a few words, Ido tried… and succeeded!

From that moment, everything changed. His passion for creating grew, his connection with people deepened, and inspiration came from every new place he visited.

What started as a way to keep traveling turned into a way of life. For over a year, Ido crafted and sold jewelry to locals, tourists, and shops in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Panama, allowing him to extend his journey and experience new cultures.

Today, through iDO Piece, he brings this story home—creating handcrafted jewelry that tells a story of freedom, connection, and the small moments that inspire a lifetime.
